2026 YKS Placement Results – Registration Procedures

We congratulate all students who have been placed at our University as a result of the 2026 YKS (Higher Education Institutions Examination) placement results and wish them success throughout their academic lives. The procedures and requirements regarding registration are as follows:

STUDENTS WHO WILL REGISTER THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT (e-Devlet)

• Registration Dates: Final registration can be completed through the e-Government portal between 24/08/2026 and 26/08/2026.
  (This does not apply to programs with special requirements: Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering, Marine Engineering Operations Engineering, Underwater Technology at the Maritime Vocational School, Correctional and Security Services at Bandırma Vocational School, and Private Security and Protection at Manyas Vocational School.)
• Students who register through e-Government do not need to come to the University in person. They must download and keep the barcode registration document generated at the end of the process.

• Note: Since data transfer between e-Government and the University Information Management System (ÜBYS) may take approximately one hour, students should check their registration status some time after completing the registration process.

COURSE REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEE PROCEDURES

• Course Registration: Newly enrolled students must complete their course registration through ÜBYS between 14/09/2026 and 20/09/2026. Usernames and passwords will be sent by SMS after registration. Students may also log in using their e-Government credentials.
• Tuition Fee (Student Contribution): Students who have an active enrollment at another higher education institution may pay their tuition fees between 14/09/2026 and 20/09/2026 through Halkbank branches, internet banking, or ATMs.

STUDENTS WHO WILL REGISTER IN PERSON

Candidates who do not register through e-Government and candidates whose high school graduation information does not appear in the e-Registration system must apply in person between 24/08/2026 and 28/08/2026 during working hours.

• Candidates who do not use e-Government must bring only their Turkish ID card.
• Candidates whose high school graduation information is not available in the e-Registration system must bring their original high school diploma, one photocopy, and Turkish ID card.

Registration Locations:
For faculties and vocational schools located at the Central Campus, registration is carried out at the Central Student Affairs Offices. For the Faculty of Medicine, Erdek Vocational School, Gönen Vocational School, and Manyas Vocational School, registration must be completed at the Student Affairs Office of the relevant academic unit.

PROGRAMS REQUIRING PERSONAL APPLICATION AND SPECIAL DOCUMENTS

Candidates placed in the programs listed below are required to apply in person to the relevant Faculty/Vocational School between 24/08/2026 and 28/08/2026, together with the required documents:
