Applications for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Part-Time Student Employment Program Have Started

Our selected students will be employed in temporary jobs in various units as part-time jobs for 5 hours per day, 15 hours per week and not exceeding 32 hours per month.

The hourly wage to be paid to our students for the months of 2024 is 88.90 TL gross. The hourly wage to be paid for the months of 2025 will be determined in accordance with the provision of Article 11, clause (ç) of the Part-Time Student Employment Program Implementation Principles "In accordance with Article 20 of Law No. 5917, the wage to be paid to students employed part-time for one hour of work cannot exceed one-fourth of the daily gross minimum wage determined for workers over the age of 16 in accordance with the Labor Law No. 4857. This wage is determined in December of each year, with the proposal of our Department and the approval of the University Board of Directors, covering the following fiscal year."

Students who want to work under the specified conditions can apply in person to our School Student Affairs with Form 2 (Application Form) until the end of business hours on 04/10/2023. Students who are eligible to work will submit the Part-Time Student Employment Contract (Form-4) and the documents specified in Article 12 of the Part-Time Student Employment Program Application Principles to their units.

Applications with missing documents and not submitted on time will be considered invalid.
